Underwriting Information

When applying for asset finance on your behalf we may require your help in providing financial information that will form part of the underwriting process.

This is not always necessary as each funding request is unique, however in most cases we will require all or some of the following:

For Limited Companies:

• Full copy of latest audited accounts
• Copy of management accounts (if available)
• Copy of last 3 months business bank statements

For Sole Traders/Partnerships:

• Full copy of latest accounts
• Copy of management accounts (if available)
• Copy of last 3 months business bank statements
