J Jones & Son (Dairies) Ltd of Barry are one of the best known and longest established family run milk delivery firms in South Wales and have provided a regular and reliable milkdelivery service to families in the Barry area since 1929.

Like many long established firms the business model hasn' t changed much for decades with manual systems of collecting payments and monitoring customer accounts being very time consuming, ineffective and expensive.

MACMANUS ASSET FINANCE CUTS ABOVE THE REST!

In 2005 we assisted in raising a substantial amount of asset finance for a management buyout of a sports pitch and environmental contractor, Turfgrass Enterprises Ltd which trades as Inscapes and is based in Bridgend, South Wales.

Even pre-credit crunch this was not an easy deal to put together requiring funding from 5 different finance providers and included around 50 individual pieces of plant and machinery and vehicles with the entire asset finance process managed throughout by us.

Since then Inscapes has flourished as has our relationship which remains as strong today as it did in 2005.

With the annual capital expenditure requirements due in May this year we have managed once again to secure all the asset funding Inscapes needed including vehicles and agricultural plant and machinery which has enabled them to move forward with a number of excellent and very profitable contracts this year.
